How to work with bugs?

I am looking for an easy way of displaying bugs on the scrum dashboard v3.

In v2 you could create "bugs" directly in the dashboard, they where not classified as bugs in TFS but still worked quite well (showing a bug icon). In v3 I cannot find any way of creating bugs that way so I tried to create bugs in TFS and then import them into the dashboard. This seems to be a quite tedious way.

So how are other users doing it? Maybe I just missed some essential part?

I also tried to add this line to web.config:
<add key="tfsViewBugsAsProductBacklogs" value="true"/>
but I guess this is a setting for v2.

Well, to understand v3 of Scrum Dashboard, it is important to understand the differences in the underlying Scrum for Team System process template. I would suggest that you read the following two blog posts:

Feel free to post back if you have more questions.

EDIT:

This was the main link I was looking for but couldn't find earlier: http://consultingblogs.emc.com/crispinparker/archive/2010/06/24/scrum-for-team-system-version-3-how-to-model-bugs.aspx.
